Previous Review - The previous review is a fabricated malicious libel entered by/for an ex-employee who was dismissed for gross misconduct and is aggrieved.
I have written to this website owner to have it removed.
If you are considering a laser treatment, you should simply avail of a free consultation. I believe we give a five star service, but you can make your own mind up.

Terrible Owners, rude, unhelpful. - Terrible company, terrible service. They lied straight up to my wife about where their staff had gone (they said they'd fired one girl, and the other had left to go travelling - a total lie, since she'd just spoken to one of the girls on the phone 5mins previously!).
There have been reports that the laser power used is less than what you're paying for, and that the company are close to bankruptcy, so whatever you do don't pay in advance for treatments, or you could be left out of pocket.
Added to the fact that the owners are really nasty people, with no idea of customer service, and who have literally shouted at my wife when she asked about details of the treatment, and then refused to give her her medical records (which is a legal requirement under the data protection act).
Avoid. Like. The. Plague. A shame, because the staff we've met are nice people, it's the owners who have no idea about running a business.
