Be Warned - I wish I had never heard of Bathroom Heaven .... two month on they haven't finished!

They failed to deliver key components of the bathroom leading to the firout being stalled some of which time we were without a toilet or shower. The wall tiles supplied do not match the floor tiles and we ended up having to make quite a lot of compromises about the look and design from components that were available. Throughout the process it was difficult to get anyone from management to engage, and when they did the line taken was "its your problem" Happy to send photos of what Bathroom Heaven claim is acceptable if you drop me an email ....be warned their not an easy company to deal with!

Good value designer looks - The staff at Bathroom Heaven were all very friendly and provided personal service. We were kitting out a new en-suite with walk in shower and got a great deal on a pair of stunning semi-frameless doors with tray, mixer and shower heads, a fantastic back to wall toilet and semi recessed basin with taps. They were really helpful to find the right design of shower and mixer / taps etc and in particular their very helpful use of CAD software to find the best position and design for the toilet and basin was invaluable. They even came up with a clever design for our tiny wet-room in the full knowledge that they couldn't supply the smaller size of wet-room screen we required, although I see it is included in the current range. They supplied everything else though and after-sales support has been good and the end result is we created two designer shower rooms at much lower than designer prices.

Very Good - Overall I had a very positive experience purchasing all the goods for my bathroom renovation. I did my homework and design first so pretty much knew what I wanted so it was straight forward and the sales team at Bathroom Heaven were very helpful advising me on their product range and explaining the difference it makes when the bath is made of a sturdy/quality steel.After my order was placed I realized I had made a miscalculation in the measurements and had to change my order for the basin but that was not a problem, and I also had to return the bath panel and that was fine as well- I took a credit note and bought a nice wall cabinet instead. One little problem was that I called in to change the delivery date but it somehow didn't get noted at the warehouse and the goods were dispatched on the wrong day ( a month ahead of time). It was inconvenient, but ok in the end. Generally service was very good and I was made to feel that I was valued as a customer - always a good thing in my book and I am happy with my new bathroom that has a an expensive look but didn't cost the earth.

Great service, good price - Bathroom Heaven was very price competitive for their own products when we looked around and compared, and they were also very happy to help by recommending and sourcing products from other manufacturers when their range didn't quite fit what we needed. They also sorted out a replacement when the 3rd party item was damaged by the courier.

Would definitely use them again in the future.

Bathroom Heaven - thanks - Cannot recommend Bathroom Heaven highly enough. We purchased a suite, accessories and some wonderful tiles.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and immediately (and without any pushing), sent out a replacement for one of the basins which was slightly damaged when it was delivered.

Excellent service - thank you.
