They stock most of Farrow & Ball products which is handy.
They are quite helpful, explanatory and they mostly know about things they are selling.
But they are not very happy with returns or refunds. In such cases they claim that there's only one person knowing how to refund and he's not around. They say he'll call you but nobody calls.
In my experience, I'd needed to call my bank and open a dispute case to be refunded and it means to print a form fill it by hand, scan it and send it back to the bank.
If you buy something that they don't stock and needs to be ordered, try not to pay upfront. If you don't have any other chance try pay it by credit or debit card.
After the payment, they are not as helpful and informative as they are before the payment.
