High Cost Wet Boots Repair - Please will you warn everyone to be careful when dealing with Tony Levoi (Lakeside) repairs department. We recently took a van in with heater air con problems only to be charged £240.00 total bill to fit a broken water hose. Most of the invoiced amount was them putting the van on a diagnostic machine for 2 hours !!! 1 Hour of which was after they had refilled with coolant and water.
The fact that the mechanics boots were probably wet should have pointed out the problem - which was a £5.00 spare part replacement water hose !!!
What a rip off!
