Terrible Service - The service provided wasn’t what they promised. I was told the parcel was going to be sent on Friday from London and arrive to the final destination in Colombia on the following Thursday. After a week, I was finally told that it hadn’t even left London and it would take another week to arrive. Today, 15 days later I haven’t managed to get the package delivered or get it back to use another company.
