Deceitful and rude - charged twice for a simple shoe repair! My landlady has lived in Hampstead for 30 years and sent in a pair of shoes for repair. They made her pay twice - once when she sent in the shoes, and they made me pay the second time for collection of the shoes. I went back to ask them to show their receipts - they claimed they were not a bank and threw away all receipts and had no records. Perhaps they're also dodging taxes! 11-05-18
