never use pembertons maida vale. - I have only rated them one because i could not submit my review unless i put a rating, but i would say 0.
I have never dealt with a more incompetent bunch of village idiots in my life.
They never get back to you, nothing is ever their fault. They don't clean the flats properly. They are rude on the telephone. And they will scam you for all and sundry when you leave.
