bad service - The eye company lures you in with good brand names and then completely lets you down with appalling service. That there is no consultation table is symptomatic of an attitude that belongs on a brick lane market stall, rather than with a retailer of £600 frames. My glasses came to £850 including correction lenses. During purchase and collection i was not given the undivided attention of a sales person, instead they flitted between three customers undoubtedly giving all of them bad service. When I picked up the glasses they had lenses that were far too thick for the frame - an obvious mistake that should have been predicted by an expert sales person at the outset. To top it all: when I complained about the less than satisfactory product i was not offered a solution, but given a lecture in lens making. Eye company is a case of the blind leading the short sighted...Never again!
