I really regret using this cleaners - I had a really bad experience here when I took my wedding dress to be cleaned. The shop promised four to six weeks, in fact it took over five months (I sent it back once during that time). The shop lost my dress bag, put a really visible mark on the dress and slightly changed its colour, from pure white to coffee coloured. I'm really sorry I chose them, and really sad my dress has been pretty much ruined.
