buff enuff - My life used to suck before I started coming here - whenever we used to go to the beach all the big dudes would kick sand in my face and the hot chicks laughed at me - the only girls I could get to talk to me at parties were those bookish types who liked books and wore glasses boooring. Anyway now everything has changed - I'm mega buff - I kick sand in people's faces like everyday and my girlfriend only ever wears a bikini and never reads books!

Actually its an alright gym - I don't do any buff weights but they've got them - plenty of the other usual stuff, cardio things and resistence what nots. They've got a spin room which seems busy and a couple of other rooms for yoga and those classes that mostly girls like with names like 'Body Pump' and 'Awesome Rave Dance Mega Workout'.

My actual favorite bit is the steam room which is never broken, they've got a sauna and jackoozi (stupid word, its not even a real word so I'm not gonna try and spell it) and a pretty decent pool that gets pretty busy at peak times.

Oh and downstairs they have free internets, I don't know about wi-fi but they have actual computers you can use - and they have a food bar so you can eat or get juices and stuff.

Oh and free towels - thats the best thing - no carrying around stanky towels in your bag all day.

Oh and the clientele is alright - mostly city types just having a run - there's a few muscle dudes but they're all in the weights corner so you can ignore them - and yeah most people aren't buff so when you're by the pool there's always someone fatter and rounder than you so you can feel awesome. 18-06-08
