Disappointing - Went here for passport photos and was given poor, rushed service. Their photo backdrop is in front of the window, so the photos were backlit and turned out quite unflattering. We walked in off the street and they wanted to snap the photos without us taking off our coats or tidying our hair. It felt like they just wanted us in and out and to take our money. Stressful experience, resulted in a misunderstanding about which size photos we needed, even though I brought a printout of the guidelines. Only reason I give two stars is that they replaced the incorrect photos without recharging us, but we still paid for the more expensive ones. I went there to support a local business, but was given "chain store" service. Disappointing.
