Old medieval building - fresh food - My husband took me here as a special evening out and I must say that it was fantastic. The food was excellent and we had a really enjoyable dinner. Since then, Chesil Rectory have introduced an early evening menu, which is very reasonable. Some friends went on my recommendation and didn't have such a great experience sadly. Although they thought the food was good, the service was apparently abysmal.
