Snotty and Elitist - Ladies and gentlemen listen carefully, don't ever set foot inside Marks & Spencers people, been followed around by a security guard since the second I set for inside the Hanley, complain to management and I basically get told I look like a common criminal...You know how I all dress...and this from Marks & Spencers, I feel really upset and absolutely disgusted!!
