bad sugar - just dont go there - there are enough coffee shops/bars in Harrogate where the rude manager does not insist you have to purchase food with a drink between set times of the day, in a small cramped space that is not even busy in the first place. and then berate you for not giving in and ordering food!
just take your money elsewhere, where service is good, and staff, if not friendly, at least dont shout at you for not wanting to buy certain items. SIMPLES!
so for good sugar, go somewhere else. My new motto: bad service = no future custom.
in these credit crunch times, only the good will survive, why sould we put up with it?
