1.5hr wait - Popped into shop at 2.30 on saturday afternoon to see if any room for a cut and colour, owner of the shop called his other shop and i was told no problem appiontment at 4.30pm.
Arrived at 4 with a good book.
4.45 owner called the other shop to speak to "chris", i was then told he was running a bit late, but he would be here soon. 5.25 " chris" arrived, he then announced im sorry i can only cut your hair and maybe you could pop in next week for a colour, told him i had waited ages and was going out, the cheeky sod said " i understand but we have all made appointments" i could not believe it, maybe if he spent less time putting his makeup on, hed be able to spend more time with his customers.
I walked out, to meet my daughter who by the way had been in the other hair dressers having her hair coloured by "chris" while i had been waiting.
Tip for owner of shop, next time you call you're other shop make sure you're staff are a bit more disgreet,apperently whoever you spoke to did not check with chris to see if it was ok to do my hair, chris then complained loudly that he was not happy having to run to your shop to do my hair, as he wasnt even meant to be working there, charming, i think you have major staff issues and your staff certainly need customer service skills.To make just a bit of a more mokery i walked past the shop 15minutes later to see chris happily styling a late walk in customer, brill, another tip when you take a customers telephone number and that customer walks out of your shop and courtesy call would off gone down nicely even a apology on behalf of your staff. As a rating i would not even give a poor rating but as there was nothing below poor thats all i can give you.
