Shocking customer service - avoid! - Terrible service - do not use at all costs.

Had a Biosculpture manicure that chipped in less than 24 hours (meant to last 3 weeks) - manager shouted at me, was incredibly rude - including shh'ing me, dismissed me and refused to acknowledge my complaint of the poor service.

instead she blamed the product (which is excellent). Other staff were surly and rude (except beauty therapists) and make the whole experience incredibly unpleasant.

I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy. Avoid. 27-09-12
