My own piece of heaven in London - I had a baby 6 months ago and I was getting ready to go back to work which made me feel really stressed out. Part of me wanted to go back to work - part stay with my lovely baby boy. My darling husband bought me a gift from Shymala Ayurveda Spa - 4 hours of 5 star pampering. I was greeted by a doctor who took my pulse and knew everything about me - how did he do that I would never know:)! Then I had an amazing oil treatment (shirodhara), deep tissue massage, an anti-ageing facial and a vegetarian lunch to die for.
I really needed it - feel energised and ready for my new life of a working mum.
