avoid at all cost - I had the most awful experience in this shop. I broke something accidentaly in the shop, which was really embarassing and I was really shaken as it was, and paid for the goods, even though I am still not sure if it was my fault. The items broke when a very flimsy-looking shelf fell down when I took something off it and returned it back on. However, what happened happened and I paid without complaining (£65).
However, throughout all this I was subjected to the most awful verbal abuse by the owner. After I paid and told her that even though I am paying, I was unhappy and am likely to enquire about my consumer rights, she insisted on having my personal details and calling a security guard to 'witness it', which felt like a quite serious intimidation.
I left really shaken, and not so much becuase of the accident or money, but just by being treated in such a bad and abusive way.
I am very grateful for the other reviewer that put my mind at rest that I am not going mad.
So - avoid at all cost!!!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SHOP! - I went into this shop today to spend up to £1,500 on a mirror, a marble based lamp and 2 mirrored dressers in there. The owner started shouting at me across the shop in front of other customers when i took a photo of the mirror i wanted to purchase!! The hideous owner was then extremely rude when I enquired about a specific product on her website... apparently "the website is very old". Horrible place - go somewhere that will appreciate your pound!
