A big bowl of houmous - Well I love all foods from the Middle East, so a restaurant based entirely around houmous (thats my spelling!) is my sort of place. They have figured out a really good set up here and it really works. You get a big bowl of houmous, and a few pittas for dipping and just dig in. There is some choice for extras/toppings to make it more of a meal taboulleh, beans, salads, even falafel (I think 50p a ball). This is an ideal lunch spot, your in and out in no time. It's got a nice busy atmosphere with the communal tables plus the service is super quick (and so it should be its a bowl of houmous). A little more selection wouldn't go a miss, but I guess that they are keeping it simple because it works.
