Horrible hair salon, disappointing - very disappointing experience. There's no respect for customers. Last time I was there people we just waiting and waiting like me patiently. We were told 20mins which suddenly became hours.

The standard of hair is nothing to go by either. very poor knowledge of hair, my hair is falling off after visiting this hair salon 3 times! Is that even possible. And when asked why is this happening? I got the response dont know without any ounce of care. Oe hairdresser even asked a child what hair cream to use a 4 year old child. They dont have any idea about hair or being polite to customers. on one corner you have the employees eating, then in the other corner laughing gossiping about customers in front of customers faces. If they did great hair I would stay and maybe put up with the disrespect but the hair is so poor. On my second visit a customer called to complain about poor hair to which the manager replied dont come back if you dont want to. This call was followed by another complaint where a customer called to confirm their booking and was told she couldnt come at the scheduled time because they were busy.

Salon should be avoided at all costs spread the word! companies like this cannot continue to be in business destroying clients hair with horrible attitudes of staff to match
