wonderful shoe repair - I go out of my way to take my shoe repairs here. Actually, not too far but a 15 min walk vs. taking my shoes to my local dry cleaners which also has a shoe repair. These guys know what they’re doing. Top quality work. I have a pair of favourite ankle boots I got in San Francisco that I paid a small fortune for and area made out of calves skin with a matte finish. Normal shoe repairs won’t work as they are too hard for the delicate leather but Master Cobbler polishes them just right. You can ask for hand polishes or else they will use their huge machine. They’ve also replaced the sole, and did it with the similar leather (no rubber sole, thank you) and it perfectly matched the original.

On top of that, and here’s where the great service comes in, is I took my husband’s belt b/c he broke one of the metal stakes that goes in the hole. A long shot to get it fixed but the guy created a new one with metal and then didn’t charge me. Amazing! They are so nice there too. They clearly take pride in shoe repair (and probably key cutting too). They also have a hot line for getting locked out of your house.

I have to say, I won’t go anywhere else now for shoe repairs. They’ve won my business.
