Good Stuff - Highly recomd this company for service and products. we love our furniture and recomended people to buy from here.. solid and high quality sales team with knowledge to help everyone and anyone. the Corporate Sales Manager Fahim did a great job with our items. A++

We will be revisiting the store and hope to get more stuff. although the waiting time for teak furniture is about 10 weeks it is surely worth the wait as it was made for us. What better than going for environmentally friendly and susstainable timber which is FSC approved.

DO VISIT - RECOMENDED.

What a Fantastic Store! - Raft was recommended to me by a family friend who heard I was moving house, so I had a look online & was impressed with the look of the furniture, but wanted to see it in real life, so I went along to the 2 of the stores to investigate.

The staff were so friendly & really made me feel at home, as we discussed what feel I wanted to achieve in my home over coffee!

I ended up ordering my sofa and Dining room furniture from Raft and was given a free access visit to make sure my sofa would fit in my house with no problems and was updated through each stage of the process.

I received my sofa first and wooden furniture a few weeks after & it all looks amazing in my house! All my visitors comment on how beautiful my place looks & ask where I got my furniture.....they are now investigating Raft too!
Overall this store has absolutely beautiful furniture & offer a great service to customers, well worth the money and would definitely recommend to others.

Bad service and attitude to match! - 1 is too high!

Pick a number, and double it. That was our delivery date.

Will they tell you? They didn't tell us!

Try to cancel? They wouldn't let us.

In my experience, this company is truly horrendous when it comes to Customer Services, and the MD is one of the rudest and most argumentative people I have ever encountered. Sometimes as simple apology will suffice, but this is a tall order for some.

To be honest, we should have guessed at the type of company we were dealing with when they tried to ply us with wine while we were placing our order.

Following my research,, I've found many unhappy customers on various websites. I've also found that Raft Furniture are looking to expand by franchising their business model. Well, potential franchisees BEWARE. No doubt (in my opinion) your working day will entail a lot of beating off unhappy customers with a stick.

The end product my be Ethical, but in (my opinion), their working practises are NOT.

Place an order at your peril! If you must, ensure that the delivery date is set in stone, and any deviations to your contract allow you to cancel without penalties. They all seem to now how to write contracts, so should be happy to comply

I'm not prepared to find out if the quality of the product balanced the poor service!
