The fully air-conditioned Saravanas is designed vibrantly in a contemporary style, with hand made wood crafts. The vegetarian menu is drawn from the cuisine's of Northern and Southern India, prepared by a team of regional specialist chefs recruited directly from India. The dishes are prepared authentically and freshly - as in Indian homes using fresh spices and vegetables. The interconnecting bar is designed in modern design, along with traditional wood furniture and plants bringing alive the best of contemporary Indian culture. They serve premium bottled lagers from around the world, a selection of wines list carefully chosen to complement the taste of the authentic Indian menu, champagnes and sprits.
