Never again - I had the same problem as the first review. I had an appointment booked in advance. I waited nearly 2 hours to get seen. By the time Sonia finished my hair I had been in the Salon for 4 hours. My hair looked awful and I will never go back again.
Other people got seen before me and I still got charged the full price.
Totally unprofessional. 07-03-09

"But I made an appointment".....so? - Expect to wait…forever!

A friend and I both made an appointment, 11.30am. We got there on time and found two people about to begin a full colour treatment – without an appointment of course. An hour later, and my friends haircut was about to begin. This ‘restyle’, as the hairdresser put it and which she charged extra for, took approximately 10 minutes and looked awful (6 months later and a few puzzled comments from other hairdressers, her hair is nearly back to normal).

Customers were coming in and being dealt with while I waited patiently - not expecting the hairdresser to start on them before me! Well I was there for an hour and a half and thought I could wait a few more minutes. A few minutes later my friend and I thought it was time to leave, the hairdresser wasn’t having it and said go and grab some lunch and I’ll do you when you come back…. so stupidly I did.

Things didn’t get any better; we walked out again (after my friend paid in full for her ‘restyle’). The hairdresser did phone me later to apologise and offer a haircut at a slightly cut-price…yeah right, with the amount I had already spent on parking. I have asked around and others have had similar experiences. 3 wasted hours, Never again. 11-10-07
