girls day out - had a girls day out with my freinds 4 of us had fab treatment, the salon was lovley and the treatments and staff were great cant wait to go back

Relaxing experience - I had the back and neck massage and I found the whole experience very relaxing. The girls were pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful, really helping me to unwind. I will definitely be returning.

Ear piercing gone WRONG!! - I got my 5 year daughter's ears pierced at this place - I will NEVER GO BACK!!! The woman marked the points on the lobes with a felttip pen - nice and symetrical - and then when she did the piercings she missed the marks completely!!!
And what is WORSE - the holes have gone through diagonally so that the earrings dont sit right at all. The left ear's stud went so badly diagonally down that you can see the butterfly cap from the front!!!.
It will have to be redone and I'm considering suing this awful company for providing a service they are clearly not trained to do.

Dissapointed - I have been a customer of Tranquility for a very long time and have used different treatments before. Have been dissapointed with some treatments before , but not so much to write a review.
I went for a back and neck massage with hot stones today, expecting to come home relaxed and my stiff neck and shoulders better. During the massage I was in terrible pain and told the lady that it was hurting too much, to which she replied that it wiill feel better later. Well I have come home and developed terrible bruising on my shoulder blades and I am in so much pain and discomfort that I will need to see a doctor tomorrow . I called and spoke to the lady who told me to see a doctor. That is not what you expect from a back massage, it is supposed to make you feel better not worse.

Lose the attitude - Just went for first time to this salon as it is close by but will never go back. I had the coldest welcome ever, no smile, an express treatment which needs doing again and charged full price. I'm not happy!

It took a while to finally get an appintment I thought it'd be quality, no. Or they don't need new customers...
