:-( - I came across the walk in service on their website. It shows walk in service between 10am and 5pm monday to friday for £24.95, So i was extremely dissapointed when i walked in just after 10 o'clock today asked for the walk in service and got told noone is available to do it till 12.45. I looked around the shop floor to see one girl seeing to a client and another sitting on the sofa reading a magazine and another just standin by the counter. Surely one of the 2 girls that were doing nothing could of done it, to me it just seemed like pure lazyness. I will not be returning back to the store.
