The Queens Head London Reviews

Great little boozer - Great little boozer that has just reopening in Kings Cross. Great selection of beers, including Kernal IPA, Meantime Porter, Darkstar Sunburst and loads more. Also got some interesting stuff food wise. Pork pies, chesse boards and meat platters. Well worth the visit.

Old school flavour and footie - I popped in here to watch the footie (quite strange because they had rugby on the other screens).

It's quite a small pub. When you walk in make sure you look down because they've got lovely original floor tiles. The beer selection isn't amazing (lagers: stella and grolsh), but it's compact and friendly. The guy behind the bar when we went was really nice and up for a bit of banter which is always welcomed by me. Actually, this is an absolutely old school pub in general. Most people in there were proper geezers, which I'm quite comforted by.

Don't expect much, but if you need to watch the game, get involved.
