TISSO WATCH - I BOUGHT A TISSO WATCH FROM ROX BREAHEAD:::£250
IT HAS BEEN IN FOR REPAIR 4 TIMES 11WEEKS AT A TIME
I NO LONGER WANT THE WATCH AND HAVE SPOKE TO HEAD OFFICE ABOUT A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND,[HAHA]
A WAS TOLD NO BUT THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE REPAIR [OF COURSE YOU WILL] AS I HAVE BEEN SOLD FAULTY GOODS TO START WITH...I TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD WITH THE REPAIR,AS I AM LOOKING FUTHER INTO THE MATTER.HEAD OFFICE GOT THE ASSI MANAGER FROM BREAHEAD TO LET ME NO THE OUT COME [I HAD ALREADY SPOKE TO HIM THE DAY BEFOR]VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,I NO MY RIGHTS AND IF I HAVE BEEN SOLD FAULTY GOODS FROM THE START THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED....PS IT HAS BEEN THE SAME FAULT FOR THE LAST 4 YEAR,,,BE CAREFULL WAT U BYE FROM THEM.
