very satisfied - this is not the only toni & guy i have visited, i have always been happy with the service i was given. Liverpool st has deffinately been one of my favourites because they have always done my hair how i have asked and looks great, and like many i am quiet fussy on how i like it. I like the staff and I would deffinately recommend the hair products also, i regularly use them and are better than the ones from the supermarket lol

Half-Assed Blow Dry - For a world renowned hairdressing salon, I found the service to be of poor quality.

I only had a wash and blow dry, and frankly, i think my hair looked better when I walked in than when I walked out!

My wash was average, no slght massage, no emotion.. then I was passed on like I was on the conveyor belt of a food packaging company to the next girl for my blow dry.

It was an effortless blow dry job by a very unenthusiastic, unhappy staff member - no conversation, no personality! I had to find sanctuary in a trashy gossip magazine on the counter.

The style was definitely not worth the price, and the staff didn't make parting with the cash at the end any better.. Very pushy with selling their products at the end too.. I was happy to pay and get the hell out of there!

Tony and Guy bad hairdos - Second worst haircut I have ever had. I had long hair and asked for it be short but at a good length. The hairdresser must have thought I was a girl because he tried to style it that way. Moral of the story, hairdresser did not really listen or understand that I require a men's haircut and if they can not deal with long hair on a male they should never agree to do it - simple.
