Ligne Roset displays a unique and exclusive range of French contemporary furniture as well as its own range of accessories, lighting and textiles alongside the main cabinet and upholstery collections. All of these have been created exclusively for Ligne Roset, mostly by young designers, and can only be purchased through bona fide Ligne Roset outlets. The range of textiles includes ready-made curtains, throws, cushions, plaids and bedding in silk, taffeta, cotton and linen.

Ligne Roset City Store - The furniture is nice but the service I got from the City store was abysmal. When a bed delivery turned sour, I never though I could see so much bad faith from the delivery men to the senior management. Several complaints later, I ended up more aggravated by the idiotic comments I received than made good. When a fish is rotten, it starts with the head, the saying goes. It couldn't be more true of the management of this store, a franchisee of Ligne Roset, or the contacts I had with Ligne Roset in France. Too bad for the furniture. 20-12-11

Great Furniture. Great Service - The furniture range is fantastic and the buying experience is great. Relaxed unhurried and a pleasure.

Special mention goes to Kami in the Commercial Road branch - one of the head guys there who is just awesome. Of all the Ligne Roset stores in London, we make a special trip to this one - even though others are closer - and it is due to Kami

After sales is excellent and you always know what is coming, when. If there is a problem, which is very very rare - but it sometimes happens - then one phone call sorts it very quickly. You never feel like you have to constantly chase the whole time

I guess you could say you would expect this sort of service when you pay Ligne Roset prices - and there is an element of truth to that. However, we have shopped at other similar places, like Poliform and B&B Italia etc - but in our experience this store takes them to the cleaners. 22-08-08
