An Interesting expereince - When I went into the KFC store I was surprised. The place looked inviting and had good quality an d lots of avaliable seating. This was good. However the long lines of people by the tills was not encouraging. I was lining up for twenty minutes, which I was not happy about. When i brought it up with management they said there was nothing they could do. Which was annoying as there were three tills unstaffed. When they finally took my order it took a futher five minutes for the food which was an okay time. However i was not happy about waiting for twenty five minutes. When i got my burger and chips i was surprised when they asked for £3.95. I payed and then went to the seats which were now filling with people who had already eaten and just staying in store. Which was annoying as there were many people who wanted the seats. When i ate my food i was disappointed as the burger bun was dry and chichken didn't taste normal. Overall a disappointing resturant as customer servive was not good and the food wasn't nice.
