The Great White Horse Hotel is a 50 bedroom hotel with a large pub on the ground floor, which is open to guests and the public alike. The hotel dates back to 1518 and is steeped in history, with no two rooms the same. The pub serves bar meals during the day as well as a selection of beers and real ales. There is a DJ on Friday's and Saturday's and a comedy night on the last Sunday of the month.

Great White Horse Hotel Ipswich Reviews

Famous Ipswich Hotel - I haven't stayed here, but it is the most famous hotel in Ipswich being mentioned by Charles Dickens in The Pickwick Papers, and he stayed there himself. Although still a Hotel more of an evening venue for a drink. Used to be very popular at the weekend.
