Set in a former New Town bank, Centotre is run by the Contini family (owners of Valvona & Carolla) and as such expectations are high - and you won't be disappointed. The traditional Italian cuisine enjoys careful and imaginative preparation and the service is warm and efficient. There is also a bar and a deli.
