DO NOT GO TO QUEENSWAY ANNE SUMMERS - I went to the Queensway Anne Summers looking for a naughty video to watch with my fiance.

The store assistant gave me some advice and I selected a video she recommended based on her description of the scenes.

I wasn't even out the door before she was howling with laughter. I found out what the joke was when I turned the video on. It was nothing like she had described. In fact I realised that I was the joke for asking her about the videos.

I tried to return the video (I didn't even watch it, because I could tell almost immediately that it was nothing like what I had been told it was) but was advised that I could not return it regardless of what the store assistant had told me.

I felt utterly demeaned. As a consumer, I chose Anne Summers because they brand it as a safe environment to check out enticing stuff.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be laughed at, lied to and demeaned.
