I TOOK A £4K+ DIAMOND BRACELET TO HAVE THE CLASP MADE MORE SECURE, I HAD TO WAIT OVER 2 MONTHS FOR THE COSTLY WORK TO BE DONE AND ON THE FIRST WEARING THE BRACELET BECAME UNDONE. ONLY THE SAFETY CHAIN I'D PREVIOUSLY HAD ADDED ELSEWHERE SAVED IT FROM BEING LOST!

A £1.5K DIAMOND PENDANT OF GREAT SENTIMENTAL VALUE WAS TAKEN FOR ADJUSTMENT WITH THE EXPRESS CONDITION BEING THAT THE EXCESS CHAIN BE RETURNED. IT WAS MADE TOO SHORT AND THE CHAIN WAS NOT RETURNED, NOR, TO MY HORROR, CAN IT BE MATCHED.
