DISCRACEFUL - Visited the shop itself and thought everything was genuin but in all fact the shop is full of liars, i bought two carpets from this business on a wednesday and was told they were going to be deliverd at my house on friday, fair enough. but no that didnt happen, 4 days went by and we finally heard back of them as all thier phones had been turned off! Then they phoned me on monday and told me my carpets would be deliverd that day, and told for all the messing i was getting £10 back off the price of my carpets, its now wednesday and they have only just arrived and guess what?! i never got my money back because the person who told me that was just a new worker and didnt have the slightest clue about what he was doing,it seems all this business is intrested in is the money, not the customer. i wouldnt reccomend this shop to even my worst enemie. its a discrace and the carpets are not as high quality as they was in the shop either.
