Having lived in properties managed by other letting agents (who will remain nameless!) I have to say that life with Umega is such a relief. I trust them and they are fun to deal with. Hoping they’ll have something that suits me when I’m ready for a bigger place as don’t want to take a risk on another agent again.

Umega Lettings rent out my mother’s property in Polwarth and its been lovely to know that I have a company that cares to take care of things. We have a lovely family who appear to be taking good care of the property which I know is very reassuring for my mother and for the rest of the family.

A special thanks to Andy for all his help getting our property ready to market. Our circumstances have changed this year so we won’t be letting out the property until next year now but I wanted to say how impressed I was with the service and advice you offered and we’ll definitely be in touch in future and will be recommending Umega Lettings to friends and family.

Moved my properties over to Umega Lettings c4 years ago and havn’t looked back. I was used to having to chase up 3-4 times for an answer and for money to come off my rent without me knowing. Much, much better from Umega who seem to have cracked it!

My girlfriend and I let a property in Newington from Umega and they’re by far the nicest letting agency we’ve dealt with. Seem happy to go above and beyond sorting out things relating to mail, utilities and all sorts of other stuff that my previous letting agents wouldn’t dream of!

I would recommend Umega. They manage my property in Quartermile and deal with all maintenance and tenant issues promptly. They found tenants quickly and kept me informed throughout so I feel happy to have them at my side.
