Disappointed by repair service - Hi all,

I bought a JVC TV at this shop 6 months ago and unfortunately had to send it to repair.
Although the Arena Electronics arranged for it to be repaired in a couple of weeks, the TV came back without any power cable so I am now stuck with a TV I can't plug, and so can't even check it is working again...

I called them on the same day but was just hang up on. So the next day I went staright back to the shop. After arguing they finally gave me a cable, but what was my surprise when I got home again and found out it wasn't the right one...

All in all this team seems happy to sell, but don't expect any good service after that, I now have to find a way to sort it out myself and buy a cable from another supplier.
