I wouldn't deal with Avro Energy; it transpires that I have been overpaying for my Energy usage over the year that I have been with them. However, trying to get a refund of these overpayments & a reduction in my Direct Debit is a nightmare. Even trying to get Avro Energy to bill me correctly is a nightmare.

When I asked to speak to a more Senior staff member I was basically told that no-one was available, I could always leave & then they hung up on me; disgusting customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
