Profile are nestled amongst the wonderful boutiques in Dukes Lane. Richly endowed with beautiful designer clothing - Profile are spread across five separate shops along the street to accommodate their broad selection for both men and women. The mini-emporium is home to all the big names - Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo, Gina Shoes, Roberto Cavalli, Giorgio Armani, Paul Smith, Evisu jeans, CP Company and many more. With a varied choice of casual daywear, specialised suits and the gloriously glam they have become a shoppers ideal haven. The relaxed atmosphere in all five of the shops allows customers to take time to examine the exquisite detail of their fine garments.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I purchased a shirt from these people recently and, to be fair to them, they could not do enough to help me at the time of purchase.

HOWEVER - having only worn one of the Ralf Lauren shirts no more than a handful of times the elbow tore near the pleat in the forearm when I bent my arm as I picked up some shipping from a checkout . ( BTW - the shirt fit me correctly and was sized by the chap in the shop, so wasn't too small etc)

I returned the faulty straight away and was referred to 'David' ( whom I assume is one of the owners?) who insisted that it be sent back to Ralf Lauren before he could even contemplate exchanging it.

A month later I chased them up only to be told that (apparently) Ralf Lauren had decreed that this was 'wear and tear' and was down to me, so he would not be exchanging it! He then went on to suggest that the only way he would exchange the shirt was if I took them to court!This is DREADFUL service from a supposedly, quality shop, selling very expensive premium brand clothing.

Do yourself a favour and give this shop a VERY wide berth! 20-11-12
