Terrible. On two separate occasions they called about an hour before pickup for a relatively long journey to tell me that it was going to cost more. I had no time to arrange an alternative. And then on my latest journey I was dropped off at the wrong address, despite several emails and texts confirming the correct address. It cost £10 to get to the correct address, but they just refused to respond to my emails asking for a refund. Don't use them!

DO NOT USE - they took a credit card payment as a deposit and have failed to refund. Looking at other reviews, this seems a pattern, so will be reporting them.

Appalling service!! - I booked 3 MPV's to take me an my friends across London 1-month in advance. The day before travel, I received an email asking me to confirm the booking, which I did. 10 minutes later I received another email stating my booking had been cancelled. When I contacted MyTaxe they said they didn't have any drivers. When I pushed them about this they upped the price by 13% and demanded I send a 25% deposit. Not a happy customer!

We had booked a cab from Canterbury to Ashdown Forest and return and paid in advance.They requested my contact information with email and mobile number. They said they would contact me prior to pick up at eight am on Sep 18. I received no email, text or call from mytaxe. When no one had arrived, I tried to call the numbers on the website and they did not work. I did establish a chat and was told that the driver was not coming because of car trouble. I do not know why no one emailed, texted or called to notify me prior to that moment. I was told that another car would be sent but that the other car would not arrive until nine forty five. We agreed to wait and the car arrived at ten ten. That driver was very upset and told us that he was notified late and could not possibly have arrived at our Canterbury hotel by nine forty five. He warned us not to book online with mytaxe in the future. We did finally arrive at Ashdown Forest more than two hours later than we had planned

Mytaxe had guaranteed to send a cab to pick us up at four pm. Again, despite what they had told us about the driver contacting us, there was no email, no text and no call. Because of our problems that morning, I started another chat about three thirty to ask about status of our cab. I was told that it was on its way but when I pressed for details, I was told that the cab was not coming and that I should make other arrangements to get back to Canterbury. Just imagine my situation. We are in Ashdown Forest, not in downtown London. I cannot step out to flag a cab. They had abandoned us in the forest. We had a contract and they reneged on that contract and left us stranded miles away from our hotel. We were fortunate that there was still someone at Ashdown Forest who gave us the number of a local cab company but they could not provide us a cab. We called around and were eventually successful. That driver was polite and knew what he was doing and had us back in Canterbury in less time that our trip in the morning.

I marvel that this firm is still in business. Mytaxe never did any of the things that they had told us they would do. I cannot believe that they had no hesitation to abandon us in the woods of Ashdown Forest. More

After my complaints, they promised to refund the fare for the cab that did not show up. It has been two weeks and still no refund is apparent.

I booked a taxi for 7pm to take me from Ellesmere to Liverpool airport on 13 June 2016. I paid £85.03 online for the fare. The taxi never turned up. I had to book a local taxi and pay again to get to the airport. I have sent 3 emails and phoned twice to request a refund but to dat I have had no replies and needless to say no refund either. This morning I have tried again through live chat to request a refund but no one is willing to enter into a chat with me. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY. I am going to report them to Trading Standards and will take them to the small claims court to get my money back.
