Unscrupulous - I went here to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted. The price list in the window said 12£ for shaping and £8 for the tint. When I went to pay the salon owner told me it would be £40. I argued that the price list said £20. She said that because she had threaded and not waxed, the price was £40. At no point was I asked if I wanted wax or threading or that the treatment I was receiving was twice as expensive. I would never pay £40 for a simple eyebrow shape and tint. Complete rip off as it’s not even a nice salon.
This is beyond misleading, it is straight out theft. I will not be going back. Terrible experience.
