Incompetent and unprofessional - A total cowboy. Jean-Pierre and his team damaged my new kitchen worktop when installing it. When Jean-Pierre sent another person to reinstall the replacement worktop - he damaged this and completely botched the job. They still owe me £280 for damages 3 months later and are refusing to respond to any correspondence from me or Mybuilder.com who have now removed them from their site.
