Avoid at all costs!!!! Bought a coat for my daughter in December for £30, stitching started to come away after 10 days, i returned to the shop and was told as i didn't have my receipt he wouldn't help. I returned the following week with the receipt and the same guy told me that even though i paid £30, the coats were now on sale for £20 and that was all i would get! He also told me that he was doing me a favour!
After contacting Trading standards i was told that i had 30 days to return and i was entitled to a full refund (£30).
Avoid this place as the guy (i think he is the owner) is totally rude and has no customer satisfaction policy at a 23-01-17
