Don't be stupid enough to listen to this. During covid when travel ban was in place they acted outragously. When I demanded my refund they tried to take £700 and told me "they're not a charity and don't work for free" only nice when they're getting your money and completely nasty when you want a refund. If I spoke to a customer in that manner don't think I'd have my job for long.The after care during covid tells you all about a company and I would rather use a reputable company rather than these nasty people. 12-12-20
