Unbelievably rude staff AND owner - I would mark zero if I could.
I walked into this warehouuse with a considerable amount of money to spend on a new granite worktop for my new kitchen. For those in the know you will know we are talking thousands of pounds here.
What I was greeted by was surly and arrogant receptionist who made sarcastic comments to me for waiting in reception before directing me inside the office to see 'the boss'.
Despite having a few thousand pounds to spend I was not offered a seat, and was spoken to in a really patronising way which suggested that he really didn't want my business. More than once he made reference to how expensive marble is and how I probably would not be able to afford it...what a cheek!
I cannot stress enough how unbelievably rude and arrogant this man and his receptionist were. I was just wanting a price but he seemed to want speak to me like dirt telling me that they dont really need business from the public because they are suppliers to this place and that in Paris..Milan...etc (YAWN)
...why advertise to the pubic then if you dont want the business?
I was telling a neighbour about my experience when she said 'Oh my goodness ..dont go there! They are vile!'.
Well that was no surprise! They obviously have a reputation in this area as a business to avoid.
