Basement toilet backing up - He worked independently but frequently checked-in as he made discoveries or progress. He took the time to explain the cause and resolution and showed me his work along the way. He was very neat and left no mess behind. The final cost was within the range he estimated. I was very pleased with his work and would have no problem recommending him to others.

Fixed leaky shower taps - I discovered water dripping from the ceiling under the shower on Sunday afternoon. Left a message for this company. The technician returned my call within five minutes and came out the next morning. He quickly found the problem to be a leak in the wall behind the shower enclosure and explained the cause and the solution. He opened the back of the shower and made the necessary repairs and left the site clean and tidy, removing all the waste materials. I asked him about a couple of other plumbing issues. He told me how to fix one and suggested leaving the other until a bathroom update, all at no charge.

Kitchen cabinet re- finishing - I found this company and contacted them regarding fixing my kitchen cabinets which had damage to their finish. I liked how knowledgeable the person I spoke to sounded & the way he detailed the quotation, so I decided to try their services. Now that the cabinets are redone I’m sure I made the right decision

Interior and exterior painting - This company are, without question, the most professional painters I have ever worked with. Work is excellent and any small issues are immediately remedied. Supervision at work site is great and you have a contact person at the company to deal with making life easy. They also had someone refinish my hardwood floors for me. Also great work. I won't use anyone else.

Frozen pipes - In the morning I wanted to take shower, but there was no water in my house. I was running late to work so I did not deal with the problem right away. Plus I thought that when I come back everything would be fine. However, in the evening there was still no water. The plumber from this company came very shortly after I placed the call. He told me right away what was the problem. My pipes got frozen because of the cold weather. He used a special machine to fix it. I had my water back on very quickly, thanks.

bathroom rewiring - There were many problems to fix around the apartment, and the electricians efficiently corrected the issues, and made everything to code. Every desire I had about the placement of a light or an outlet, they’d say “No problem” without a fuss. We really felt like they were working for us, and following our plans. Our original electrical panel was not only wired poorly, but it was in the bathroom. At first, they thought that moving the panel would require a junction box in the bathroom, but they were able to move the entire panel into the hallway and rewire it properly with no junction box, allowing us to have the full wall safely patched in the bathroom.

Quality work done - Not only did William show up the same day that I called, but he came within 30 minutes. I was not only pleased with his professionalism but the quality of his work. On top of all this, William is a really nice guy.

building work done - I contacted 3 companies to get me quote on my basement leak. Prices were all over the map and none of them gave me full details of the proposed work. Called Riley who already fixed my chimney before and the man gave me very reasonable price with comaplete details of what he was going to do. He did not do the full dig, he used concrete to seal the area at less than half the price proposed by others. This work was done 8 months ago and just now I decdied to write this review, very happy with work and no more water.
