Replaced main shut off valve in hou - Tech arrived on time, and waited two hours for the city water works to show up. Because the city was very late, he went on to another job he had scheduled, but returned later that morning after the city had shut off the water supply. It was a tricky repair to make due to an external problem with the water line, but he solved it and did a very clean job.

Painting and stair refinishing - We left our house on vacation and trusted it to this company, came home to find it beautifully transformed! They sanded and stained two sets of stairs, it completely changed our house for the better. A beautiful, carefully done job. I would trust them again in a minute. The price was comparable or better than other painters we've hired, but the work was far better.

Kitchen faucet replaced - My kitchen faucet was old and well overdo and needed to be replaced so I asked around at work and this guy I know suggested I try this company So I called them they came on time and gave me a good price for the faucet and labour. The technician was clean and polite. I am happy with them.

Electrical upgrade - We hired this company for a partial upgrade of our electrical service from 60 to 100 Amp. They gave us a quote and explained everything we needed to know. They answered all our questions and appeared knowledgeable.

plumbing reapirs - Smith was quick to respond to my voice mail and attend to our small plumbing repair (kitchen sink plumbing leak). While he was there, he also provided a free estimate for our water service to my request. With a quick job completed on the sink (and everything was cleaned up behind him!), extensive education to me as a first-time-homeowner, and a competitive quote, we will using Builders to update our water service in the next few weeks.
