Professional All-round - This was the most pleasant home reno/maintenance experience. The employees were very experienced, knowledgeable, prepared for an unpredicted down-pipe issue, punctual, clean and very pleasant. The cost was very reasonable. Our project was moved up to accommodate problem with water in the basement

Broken Water Main - Broken water main at large apartment. Dec 29, 2012 Called this company they came out within 30 minutes and gave me a price then gave them the go ahead. Job was done very professionally, great staff and very fair pricing.

Really delighted - Scott and his crew replaced the water line from the street into the house and from the water main through the ceiling to the water heater. Scott answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me understand the scope of the work and figured out a way to minimize cost and repairs. He was exceptionally decent, hard working and his crew did an excellent job - I wish I would have called him years ago! When my mother needed a plumber we contacted Scott again and she was completely pleased with both his work and courteous service. It is not often to see such admirable work ethic these days. I am 100% delighted with the work done.

roofing help - I called the company after high winds blew off some shingles on our roof. They came out a couple days later (but would have came out sooner if the winds hadn't made conditions dangerous). The service man called to let me know he was on his way, repaired the roof, took photos and sent me a report of the job. They take VISA, which is wonderful, because I didn't have to take a day off work to be there. I'm really impressed with this company's service level. They responded promptly and professionally on all levels. I wish more companies were this dependable.

plumbers - I've had a very nice experience with this company.They send me a plumber on the next day and he did exactly what i wanted to be done.Helped with some work i had in the bathroom and I'm really happy with the results.Highly recommended!
