Prompt - Your technician came promptly as promised a few hours after I phoned. Looked at the entrance where wasps were entering the bricks, he spayed from down below, hung out the window to powder the area quite well, and left. A few hours later, there does not seem to be more waps although he warned they could be around for a couple of weeks.

Definitely recommend them - The scheduling service is sometimes difficult to work with, but the technicians are excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks Oscar - We had Oscar come out today to exterminate the house. So incredibly friendly and a saint with all the pets we have. He addressed the areas that I had concern with. I appreciated how friendly he was. Sometimes it's weird to have a service man in your home when you're home alone, but he was so nice and friendly. The bugs have definitely come down in quantity.

Bed Bugz - If you ever think you have a bed bug problem, these are the guys to call. They are amazing. They totally understand the urgent nature of needing to know ASAP and they make whatever arrangements they need to for clients and I could not be more thankful.
